1. Site owner
This site is run by Aramis Todesco (Todesco Digital), VAT no. [P.IVA da inserire], reachable at todescodigital@gmail.com.
2. Nature of the site
The site has an informational and promotional purpose: it presents software, web and automation development services and lets you request contact. It is not an online shop: it does not sell products or services that can be purchased directly from the pages. Information on services and projects does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
3. Requests via the form
By submitting the contact form you ask to be contacted for a consultation or a quote, with no commitment for either party until a specific agreement is signed. You undertake to provide truthful data and not to use the form for unlawful purposes, spam or sending abusive content.
4. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, layout, logo and code of the site are owned by the Controller or used under licence, and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even in part, is not permitted without written authorisation. Any third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
5. Limitation of liability
The content is provided "as is", with the utmost effort towards accuracy, but with no guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. The Controller is not liable for any damage arising from the use or malfunction of the site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence provided for by law.
6. Links to external sites
The site may contain links to third-party resources. I have no control over their content and am not responsible for their policies or practices: please consult their respective terms and notices.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction where this is mandatory by law; in all other cases, the court of the place where the Controller is based.
9. Changes
I may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
